Child and Family Psychological Services is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Please call (631) 265-9850 for an appointment.
We are located at 811 West Jericho Turnpike, Suite 106E, Smithtown, NY, 11787 in the Jericho Greens Office Buildings. You can access our office from either the front or back parkings lots.

From Southwestern Suffolk
Sagtikos/Sunken Meadow Parkway:
Take Sagtikos Parkway North to the Sunken Meadow Parkway. Take exit SM3 (Jericho Turnpike East). Continue east on Jericho Turnpike approximately 3 miles. Turn left at the light at the Mobil Gas Station onto Plymouth Boulevard and turn into the Jericho Greens parking lot on the right.
From Western Suffolk and Nassau County
Long Island Expressway:
Eastbound: Take the LIE East to Exit 53 (Sunken Meadow Parkway North). Take the Sunken Meadow Parkway North to exit SM3 (Jericho Turnpike East). Continue east on Jericho Turnpike for approximately 3 miles. Turn left at the light at the Mobil Gas Station onto Plymouth Boulevard and turn into the Jericho Greens parking lot on the right.
From Eastern Suffolk
Long Island Expressway:Take the LIE West to Exit 57 (Veterans Memorial Highway). Take Veterans Memorial Highway (Route 454) towards Commack. Follow Route 454 to Old Willets Path. Turn right at Old Willets Path and continue heading north. At the interesection of Old Willets Path and Jericho Turnpike, cross Jericho Turnpike and make a right into the Jericho Greens Parking Lot.
Route 347/Nesconset Highway: Take Route 347 West until it merges with Veterans Memorial Hwy. (Route 454) Continue west until you come to Old Willets Path (there is a police station on the corner). Turn right onto Old Willets Path, and follow to next major intersection at Jericho Turnpike. Cross Jericho at the traffic light. There is a Mobil Gas Station on the left corner. We are on the right corner.
